Are there any electric grills that also allow you to use charcoal?

I just moved into a new apartment complex, and I am not allowed to have anything but an electric grill. I love the way food cooked with charcoal taste and would prefer to still use this. Does anyone know of any electric grills that still allow you to use charcoal. Also, where can they be purchased and about how much do they run?Are there any electric grills that also allow you to use charcoal?
Sorry, don't know of one that uses both, BUT:

try one of those metal trays you can buy that allows you to put wood chips (previously soaked in water) onto the grill with your meat or veggies - works on any kind of grill, creates smoke, and tastes even better than charcoal.

Have fun grilling!!!Are there any electric grills that also allow you to use charcoal?
You dont have to buy special pans as suggested prior..I have taken wood chips and soaked them in water a couple hours then simply put them in aluminum foil with the top open on the ';homemade boat of aluminum'; and set it off to the side right near the heating element, not directly on top but to the side of it slightly touching the element
